Job Description:

• Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organizations.
• Writing and proofreading copy for collateral.
• Arranging for the effective use and distribution of marketing materials.
• Sourcing and securing retail partnerships, corporate, hospital and other business tie-ups.
• Maintaining and updating customer databases from retail partners.
• Organizing and attending events such as conferences, mother care forums and prenatal groups and counselling.
• Conducting market research such as customer questionnaires and focus groups.
• Evaluating marketing campaigns & monitoring competitor activity.
• Supporting the marketing manager and other colleagues.
• Carry out any other job-related activities as and when deemed necessary.
